Christopher combines strategy consulting with eight years scaling HomeToGo from 70 to more than 700 employees and into a listed group. At 2x Labs, he defines the business impact, ownership and operating model required to move an AI capability from promising prototype into day-to-day operations.
Friederike Epping
Friederike combines legal practice, enterprise compliance and hands-on startup operations. Her background spans DAX investigations, labour-law practice and a senior Labour Law & Compliance role at BASF. At 2x Labs, she helps design clear boundaries for data, actions and accountability from the start.

Antonia is a psychologist, executive coach and former Chief People Officer who has helped startups and technology companies build the structures, leadership and culture required for sustainable growth.
